I'm a full-time principal of elementary kiddos! Married with three boys. Just a busy mom who felt like I was going through the motions. I wanted a community of women to connect with and wanted to increase my energy and become ME again. So I jumped into coaching and created the Diehard Tribe. We're a group of women who are working on our health and fitness together in my online health + fitness accountability group. The accountability of the group is what has kept me consistent!

How Can I Help?

My Online Accountability Group: Diehard Tribe

I run an online health + fitness accountability group (called the Diehard Tribe) which sets up an environment and community for you to better reach your goals.

​

I guide you through the journey of becoming healthy and fit, along with the rest of the ladies in the group. 'Healthy', to me, does not mean diet or punishing yourself with long workouts. We're all about balance and FEELING your best. It's positivity all-around with enough support to help you stay in it to succeed! In addition to the positive support and accountability, you also receive weekly free meal plans and tips for your journey with daily check-ins from me through our private group.

Real Experiences, My Results

Picture on the left is me before I started my first group. Picture on the right is me after.

I lost 10 pounds and six inches during my 21 day group.

​

I swear I'm not pushing out my stomach in the old photo or sucking in on the new photo. It's all real! In the old photo, I'm just not sucking in like I usually did.

​

Lost 1 inch in my waist, 1 inch in the chest/back area, 1 inch in my arm (I measured over and over and somehow my right arm was not proportioned to my left arm when I started this....now they are.), and lost 1.5 inches in each thigh.


When I started I had to do a wall sit and I could only do it for 2 minutes before I was ready to collapse. I can comfortably do 3 minutes now!


This post isn't designed for me to brag. My intention is to show you that this plan works if you put in the time, effort, and have the right mentality.

If I can do this ANYONE can do this. I was a junk food addict who barely exercised. I have a full-time job with three boys.

It came down to if I wanted to continue to let my excuses control me, or did I want to get in control of my excuses.

​

I feel like I'm one step closer to my old self. I'm one step closer to getting right with God again because part of this is getting your mentality and spirit right.

​

I asked my husband why he let me get to looking like I did in the old picture. His reply was, "How am I supposed to answer that?" Lol...he's too smart- he recognized the trap.


I'm embarrassed by the old pic, and it's hard to post, but until I really measured and took a picture, I had no idea this is how I was. You go through each day, barely analyzing yourself full-body in a mirror so it sneaks up on you so quickly!

I'm finally proud of myself for not quitting!
