Getting Them Muscles

My youngest came in the room to let me know he wanted a snack and he then said, “Oh mommy, are you getting ready to work on getting muscles 💪?”......yes I am buddy.🤣
And I’m so glad I’m sending my kiddos the body positive message of strong + healthy instead of crash dieting + worried so much about weight.
So I had the tunes cranked + went for it. Sweaty mess + all bc:
❤️I’m striving to be healthy to live long with my fam.
❤️I’m de-stressing and clearing my mind.
❤️I’m proving to myself that I can do hard things.
❤️I’m being a light for others that they can do this too.

Full body 30 min workout from my own living room bc who wants to go to the gym in this snow ⛄️?! Not me. 🤦♀️ A lot of great things come out of 30 min. No more time needed than that. No drive time. No waiting on a class or equipment. Just 30 min. Do some go to the gym and love it? Yes! You do you and what works. It just doesn’t work for me and my schedule and where I’m at in life right now. So the Shuman residence is my current gym. 🙌🏻🙌🏻
